Sambla Group: A workplace that supports growth
Isabelle Granath is a shining example of someone who has found fulfillment in her career by working hard and evolving within her company. She is currently the Customer Service Manager at the loan broker Sambla, a company that has expanded rapidly in recent years. Isabelle has been with Sambla for over six years and has had several roles, each building on the previous one, helping her develop professionally.
Isabelle started her journey at Sambla in the sales organization as an Agent at the beginning of 2017. About a year later, Isabelle decided to study economics at the university and combine it with a part-time job at Sambla. As the company grew, her passion for the job started to take priority, and her studies became secondary. She told her manager that she wanted a full-time role at the company, and her hard work and dedication paid off. The managers made room for a new role formed after her qualifications and she was offered the role of Customer Service Manager. Currently, Isabelle's main tasks are to be Customer Service Manager, and Complaint Manager and to be part of the Sales Management and, if necessary, she supports the Compliance department.
“I am very grateful for the opportunity my managers have offered me during the years and have not once regretted my decision to focus on my career rather than my studies,” Isabelle says.
“At Sambla, we all go to work every day with a higher purpose which is to improve the everyday life of our customers.”
A workplace with like-minded people
When Isabelle got promoted, the customer service department was quite small. However, with Isabelle’s leadership and guidance along with the company’s rapid expansion, the department consists of 18 people by this day. Isabelle is proud to work at a company that places development at the forefront. She is grateful for the opportunity to grow within the company and has never lost her enthusiasm for her job. Even after six years, she still looks forward to going to work every single day.
“I think that my story is a testament to the fact that with hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn, it’s possible to build a fulfilling career. Especially when you have a workplace that makes your voice heard and gives you the chance to truly make a difference,” Isabelle says.
“Both managers and colleagues are social, supportive, and together are committed to creating a workplace where everyone thrives. Sambla is an employer that makes sure that everyone feels included and I’m happy to be a part of it.”
